Selected, connected areas show the path from strategic direction to technical delivery.
When operating models, processes, and technology no longer align, digital transformation consulting creates a clear path from strategic priorities to durable enterprise architecture and implementation decisions.
For initiatives involving local AI, local agents and data-driven automation, I connect enterprise architecture for AI, software development and governance around an actionable path to integration. This makes clear which models and workloads should run locally, how agents can work safely with existing interfaces, and which implementation step is viable next.
When spatial data, user interaction and existing software systems need to become a dependable product, I connect XR and SLAM requirements with platform architecture and technical interfaces. This clarifies feasibility, system boundaries and the next implementation steps.
This selection connects the current focus on applied AI and spatial computing with earlier executive leadership and company-building.
