Statement on Public Representations Concerning My Role in Mapstar AG

Publicly accessible representations concerning Mapstar AG include statements that also relate to me personally. In my view, these representations create a materially inaccurate impression of my actions and role.

For factual context: I resigned from my position as a member of the Management Board of Mapstar AG with effect from 30 December 2024. The resignation followed irreconcilable differences that made it unreasonable for me to continue exercising the office. At the same time, I expressly stated that I remained available to support an orderly handover of the business.

I reject representations suggesting that I acted in breach of duty, remained inactive, or obstructed matters in connection with the winding-up of the company. The matter is being reviewed factually, legally, and on the basis of the available records.
